Can you snap my neck pillow and then I'll be ready to paarrttyyy

It was time for Caitlyn's wisdom teeth to come out and she didn't want to miss school so we scheduled the surgery for Fall break.  Unfortunately, that was the same weekend that Keith would be on a cruise with his company.  It was the best time for Caitlyn though, so we went ahead with it.  Poor Cait was not feeling well, was exhausted and very nervous about the surgery so she had an anxiety attack the night before.  I'm glad Keith was home for that because he is a lot more patient then I am.  In the end she just had to sleep it off and she was ready to go the next morning.
The two other times she has been put under she gets really depressed and cries a lot so I was prepping myself for that, but she was really funny and laughed a lot this time.  When she woke up she told anyone who would listen that "her dad was on a cruise."  I think they all thought she was just saying crazy things, ha! At one point she said, "my dad is on a cruise, right mom?" I told her he was and she said, "but my mom is here with me."  Then she turned and looked at me and said, "how are you mom, are you okay?"  She is so sweet, even when she's on drugs!

It was quite the ordeal to get her into the car.  They wanted her to walk out, but she couldn't even hold up her head let alone stand up.  They finally decided to take her out in a wheel chair.  She brought her bear and her neck pillow and had them waiting for her in the car.  At one point she asked me to snap her neck pillow for her and I did and she said, "now I'm ready to paartty."  She was very dizzy, but luckily she didn't feel nauseous.  I kept asking her if she felt nauseous on the ride home and she said, "No, my Heavenly Father knows I don't like to throw up, so He is making me feel good."  It was cute because she was talking in a baby voice so it made everything she said so sweet and funny.
When we got home I went to the bathroom and put Hallee and Wyatt in charge of her.  Wyatt filmed her and asked her a bunch of questions. One of the questions he asked her was what would she do with a million dollars and she said, "I would buy Jackson a Jackson."  She called Hallee Dr. Hallee and a gilly soose.
Hallee and Wyatt took care of her while I went to get her prescriptions filled and pick up the food that sounded good to her.  I made a video of Caitlyn to send out to tell people she was doing well.  She talked about my parents and all of the aunts, it was so funny and she was so sweet.  One of the funny things she said is, "Mel is red hair and curly, like her personality.  She twerks up a storm and says, oh my hips don't lie."
Caitlyn was in a lot of pain that day.  The pain medication didn't do anything to help so we switched to ibuprofen and that helped. She ate a lot of chicken noodle soup and pudding.  I felt like I was just running back and forth getting her things and doing laundry that first day.  She was dizzy so I had to help her get around all day. Her left side got pretty swollen for a few days, but it was almost back to it's normal size by the time she went back to school.  She recovered well and I think she enjoyed taking it easy and having us serve her!

Poor Caitlyn but it sounds like she did pretty well and enjoyed being served! That's good that Wyatt and Hallee took care of her! I loved her response when you asked her if she felt nauseated! That girls got faith!

How does she look so cute after surgery though?? I loved hearing all of her explanations of who Grandpa, Grandma, and her aunts are. So funny!
