Wyatt has passed the 22 month mark. There is nothing really significant about that, but these last few weeks he has sure seemed older. He is talking all of the time now. He will repeat most of the words I say. I love hearing that cute little voice saying new words all the time. He is getting more and more opinionated on things. He was determined to play soccer with Jonah's team a couple of weeks ago. I thought if I gave him a ball and let him play off to the side he would be content, but no such luck, he had to be on the field.
Keith is the coach so I'm on my own with Wyatt during the games. It is so frustrating for me because I want to watch the game, I don't want to chase Wyatt. This nice man took pity on me and played with Wyatt for a while. It was so great. Wyatt did a great job kicking the ball to him. Wyatt loves balls. That is always his first word as soon as we step outside.
The other night Wyatt was all smiles and I got some really cute pictures of him. Wyatt also loves hats. He is constantly putting some kind of hat on his head.
I love that cute smile. He is doing well in nursery now, only a quick cry at drop off. He no longer lets kids take toys from him, he will hold his own and put up a fight.
He has started making this cute face a lot, usually when he is really proud of something or wants to show something off. He loves animals and loves to make all of the animal sounds. He loves books, especially ones with animals in them.
He loves to be independent and get Caitlyn and Jonah to do what he wants to do, but he still loves to play with them and loves the attention they give him. Here they are bowing after they acted out a scripture story during family home evening. Wyatt loves to play outside and is starting to like riding bikes or big wheels. He loves to make us all laugh. He has such a fun personality. He fits right in with Caitlyn and Jonah!
