I am sassy!

I was editing this pictures last night and Hallee looked over my shoulder and said, "I am sassy!"  Yes you are Hallee!

Tessa and Hallee are in their second year of dance through BYU and they love it.

Yesterday was parent day so we got to stay and watch.  The girls showed up in matching clothes.  I don't think they could be any cuter.

They have dance every Wednesday from 4-5.  It is really fun this year because Jen Stemmons, our friend and neighbor, is their teacher.  She used to be the primary president so Hallee knows and loves her.  She does a great job as their teacher.

I love watching Hallee dance. Yesterday while we were watching Tiff told me that Hallee was born to be a dancer and dances well beyond her age and I couldn't agree more.

She has very good form. 

One of the things that I love about BYU dance is they encourage individualism and creativity.  They will talk about things, like a snowflake for an example, and then they turn on music and the girls all dance the way they think a snowflake would.

I love to see what Hallee comes up with.  I'm impressed with what she comes up with and how beautiful she makes it look.  I especially like when they do slow music, I think that is her favorite too.

Hallee and Tessa love taking dance together.  It is so cute to see them having so much fun together.  It makes it so fun when your best friend loves the same thing you love.

There were a few times that Tessa and Hallee came up with dance moves together, which was hilarious and adorable, but usually they were both doing their own thing and coming up with their own movements.

I could watch these two dance all day.

They do practice some different positions and techniques and Hallee is always trying to get those just right.

I love the ending positions that she comes up with.

It is really nice that the girls take dance together so I can spend the hour visiting with Tiff.  When the weather was nice we would bring the boys and let them play on the play ground while we waited for the girls.  It is so fun to live by my sister and have our kids be best friends!

I'm glad they let us come watch a few times a year.  It is fun to see what they are doing and see how much Hallee loves it!
