5-years-old

Today Wyatt turns five-years-old.  Wyatt was the sweetest baby.  He was so mellow and easy going.  He was really easy going until close to three-years-old.  I still like to think of him as my easy going boy, but really he is pretty stubborn.  He is still as sweet as ever, but he is very opinionated. 

He sure is a handsome kid!  Wyatt is really sensitive.  I feel like I need to look at for him everywhere we go because he is just so sweet and sensitive. 

I love Wyatt's smile.  We got his pictures done in a couple of minutes.  He is always smiling and laughing.  He loves to make jokes and get other people to laugh.

I love his sense of humor.  He comes up with some creative ways to make us laugh.

Wyatt is a very social kid, but he also gets nervous in social situations.  He loves to play with friends, but big groups make him nervous.  He loves Rockwell and would play with him every day if he could.  When he is playing with other kids I always hear him tell them about Rockwell.

This is Wyatt trying to look "cool."  He was supposed to have a serious face, but he can't help but smile.

Wyatt loves to learn.  He loves to sit down and work on workbooks or do any type of art project.  His favorite thing is when Caitlyn and Jonah play school with him.  He is always very worried about getting his homework done.

Wyatt has started reading the "Sam" books.  He is so proud of himself every rime he reads one.  He loves to show off his new skill.

Wyatt loves to get in dress up.  He is always coming up in some super hero costume and lately he thinks it is pretty funny to get in Hallee's dress up to make us laugh.

I am so grateful to be Wyatt's mom.  He melts my heart with his sweet voice and his hugs.  He always wants to give me hugs and tell me he loves me.  I'm so glad I have one more year with this cute little guy at home with me.
