I'm trying to soak up these last few days of summer vacation with my kids. I can't believe how fast this summer went by. I'm not ready for school to start.
We decided to try out the Fun Center on our way home from Tiff's. It is all free with our Passes, which is great because we have spent too much money this summer! Wyatt ran right to the airplane ride.
Caitlyn and Jonah had fun in the go-karts. Caitlyn had flip flops on which eliminated her from some of the activities. Next time we will make sure she wears shoes.
Jonah loved the go-karts. After that Wyatt and Jonah went and played laser tag. Caitlyn and I couldn't play because we had flip flops on.
Hallee wasn't sure about it, but we got her on the bumper boats. She liked it, but she didn't like to get sprayed. Overall she handled it pretty well and went on them again, so she must have liked them.
Caitlyn got soaked! She loved them.
I got Hallee to go with me a few times. She liked pushing the button to squirt other people. I had to cover her when people squirted us though.
Jonah was excited to try the boats after rock climbing and laser tag. You couldn't do those wet, so Jonah and Wyatt did those activities first.
Wyatt wasn't a huge fan of the boats. He hated getting wet. I think he still had some fun though. He was mad that he wasn't tall enough to ride the go-karts and things kind of went downhill for him from there.
I was surprised that Wyatt wanted to do the rock climbing. He had a hard time with it, but he was able to climb a little.
I think he liked falling back down the best. He sure is a cutie!
Jonah loved the rock climbing. He did great.
A lot of the rides weren't working, but Caitlyn and Jonah liked this hopper ride. Caitlyn wasn't going to go on it, but she ended up loving it. I loved watching Caitlyn and Jonah smile and laugh together during the ride. We stayed for a couple of hours and then headed home. Keith was out visiting tonight for Elders Quorum so we took our time coming home. The kids are excited to go back with dad. I'm sure going to miss these summer days.
