I was so excited to be there with Kyle as he went through the temple for the first time. I was so excited when Kyle was born, I was so excited to be an aunt. I spent so much time with Gary and Julie when Kyle and Caleb were young and I loved every minute of it.
Kyle went through the temple on Thursday afternoon. This was the first time that I had been inside the Portland temple. It is a beautiful temple.
One of my favorite things was watching Kyle with his parents. I loved seeing Gary and Kyle sitting together in the temple, especially in the Celestial room after the session.
Caleb took care of Jonah while we were gone. It was so great to not feel rushed and just enjoy the time in the temple.
I love this kid so much and I'm so proud of the wonderful young man he has become (wow I sound old.) I'm so glad he still likes to hang out and talk with his aunt!
