On Sunday Mel, Matt and Lori were nice enough to get tender tickets for all of us. We all met near Mel's room Monday morning to wait for our time to get off the boat.
We all got on the tender and that took us over to land. When we got off there were a lot of people selling things and trying to get you to book water taxis. We let Matt and Gary handle that since they spoke Spanish. They got us a good price on two water taxis, since we all couldn't fit in one. They arranged for them to pick us up as well.
We all piled in the boats that would take us to the beach. You can walk, but it is really long and it was SO hot!
Right when we got off the water taxis onto the beach we were bombarded with people trying to sell us stuff, including drugs! A group wanted to go para sailing so we let Caitlyn and Jonah do that.
They went off right when we got there. Melanie took the girls.
Caitlyn and Amarie went together.
They loved it! I was so glad that I got to see the videos since I wasn't there to watch.
Caitlyn loved it and can't stop talking about how much fun it was.
Matt took the boys on another boat since they all couldn't fit on one.
Jonah and Cody went together. They are sure they saw a Hammerhead shark in the water.
Jonah loved it, he said it was so relaxing!
While the older kids did that we followed the rest of the group and found a spot on the beach. I was so excited for beach day!
We got a picture with our whole family when Caitlyn and Jonah got back. There is our boat in the back ground, the Carnival Splendor.
It was so hot, so we all got in the water pretty quickly.
I had fun visiting with Lori and Julie in the ocean.
We all had a blast playing in the ocean.
I loved watching the boys play football in the water.
Wyatt doesn't love to get wet. He was worried about beach day, but he had fun playing in the water, especially playing football.
Tessa and Hallee could live at the beach. Hallee kept yelling, "this is so much better than the boat!"
They loved the mermaid tails that Elena made them in the sand.
Wyatt went back and forth between the water and laying out on the beach. We bought this fedora for him. I bought so much stuff on the beach, I had to stay in the water so I didn't by stuff from everyone that passed by.
This guy stopped and mad bracelets for a lot of the girls. He let them pick the colors and then put their name on each bracelet, it was crazy how fast he could do it.
I didn't get any pictures to capture the whole area. This picture gives you a pretty good idea. There was a restaurant and shops where the water taxis docked, but we didn't go down there. We just stayed on the beach. People came by all day trying to sell us things.
I stayed in the water most of the time because it was so hot! The water felt great. There was a big wall of fish under the water. Matt got some great videos of them. On one of the videos Caitlyn swam through the fish and you see them part as she swims through.
We also had a really good view of Stingrays jumping in and out of the water a little way off from us, that was fun to watch.
We all had a great time playing on the beach and in the water. I loved seeing my parents having a great time.
I think this picture sums up the day well. My mom enjoying watching her family have a great time together. I can't say it enough, this trip was a dream vacation! It was so special to have all of this time together as a family and enjoy so many fun activities together.

The pictures are so great and I'm so glad that several of the children got to para sail and loved it! I did enjoy watching everyone having so much fun in the water and Wyatt is the cutest in that hat! That's funny that you couldn't resist the salespeople but they were certainly persistent! That was a fun day!!
I love that last picture so much. Cabo was a blast!
