Hallee's Christmas Program

 

The 4th grade does a Christmas program every year.  Wyatt didn't get to do it last year because of Covid and Caitlyn was in 5th grade when we moved here, but I remember loving it when Jonah was in 4th grade.

Hallee has been so excited for her program.  She has been talking about it nonstop.  I ordered her a Christmas sweater for the program and the shipping got delayed so we didn't get it in time.  She was a good sport about it though and she looked adorable in a sweater she already had.

We were in the back and we were having a hard time finding Hallee because she was behind the music stand.  She kept leaning down to wave at Keith.  

We got a lot of snow over night and Hallee was so nervous that they were going to cancel school.  She was relieved that they had late start instead of canceling school. 

Caitlyn was so sweet and came to watch Hallee because she knew how excited she was about it.  They performed it for the school before the parents, so Wyatt got to see it too.  He got a treat at school and when he got in the car he gave half of it to Hallee and said, "this is for doing so good in your program."  It was so sweet!

Hallee always gives it her all when she performs.  

You could tell she was loving every minute of it.

All of the songs they sang were so cute.

Hallee always caught our attention and smiled at us between every song.

At the end of the program they sing a song about Christmas memories and do a slideshow of all of the 4th graders.  Hallee helped me pick out this picture to send to her teacher.  I miss baby Hallee.

Hallee and Trinity are such good friends.  Hallee loves playing with her every day at school.

Hallee looks like a teenager in this picture.  She is always ready to strike a pose when I ask for a picture.

We put some lights around Hallee's bed this morning.  She said it is the perfect addition to her Christmas tree.  She loves Christmas so much, so a Christmas performance was perfect for her.
