The kids look forward to their secret sibling gift exchange every year. This year the girls had each other and the boys had each other.
Hallee opened her gift first. You can see by her face that she was very excited about it.
Caitlyn got her a massaging sloth and some holiday scented lotion. It was perfect for Hallee.
We really try to focus on the giving part. I love seeing the kids so excited to give their present.
We did it on Sunday morning after the three older kids got home from temple recommend interviews so they were all dressed for church.
Wyatt went next. Jonah came up with a great idea for him and got him some wireless headphones. He researched them and picked out the perfect pair with all of the features he knew Wyatt would love. Jonah is always generous on his gift.
Wyatt loved them!
The only problem is Wyatt can't hear me now because of the noise canceling feature.
Next Jonah opened his present from Wyatt.
Jonah is the hardest one to shop for. Wyatt and I went to the store and he picked out this Cowboys sweatshirt for Jonah. Jonah loved it.
They gave each other a "bro hug" to say thank you.
Hallee gave Caitlyn some bath bombs and a water fountain for her desk.
We looked at a lot of fountains and Hallee decided on this cute one that says "God gives you big dreams so you can grow into them." Caitlyn loved it! She has been wanting one for a long time.
Sister hugs are a little different than bro hugs!
It was another great year of secret sibling gifts.
Hallee held a sloth meeting before church to introduce all her sloths to the new sloth and give them instructions for while she was at church. It was so cute!
We used to take a family photo every Christmas Sunday. I miss the days of the kids being in cute Christmas clothes! Our ward is doing the Christmas program the day after Christmas this year since Christmas is on a Saturday. I'm excited for that, I love all of the Christmas messages and music.
